If you do not receive (all) of our newsletters, please add our email address support@back-to-the-origin-com to your email provider’s whitelist. To do this, please select your e-mail provider from the list below.

If you do not receive mails from Kajabi, please add andreas-goldemann@t.kajabimail.net (additionally) to the whitelist.

T-Mobile

T-Online offers the so-called “Spam Protection Plus”. This gives you the option of adding senders to a whitelist. Emails from senders on the whitelist are never classified as spam.

How to edit your whitelist:
First select the link to configure “Spam Protection Plus” in the T-Online e-mail software or in the Customer Center. There you have the option of entering the sender address in the whitelist and removing it again if necessary.
Another option is directly in the E-Mail Center: Open the email in question and then click on the “Add address to whitelist” icon after the sender address of our email.

    GMX

    With GMX, you can set up a filter so that our emails end up in your inbox and not in the “spam folder”.

    To do this, proceed as follows:
    1. Log in to your GMX account
    2. Click on “Settings” in the menu
    3. In the “Email” section, click on “Go to settings”
    4. Click on “Filter rules” in the “Folder” section
    5. Click on “Create your own filter rules”
    5. In the “Frequently used filter rules” section, click on “Move email from a sender”
    6. In the “If emails from sender” pull-down menu, select our email address
    7. In the “Then move to folder” pull-down menu, select “Inbox”
    8. Click on “Set up filter rule” to complete the action

    Web.de

    In the “Then move to folder” pull-down menu, select “Friends & acquaintances” orAt web.de you can set up a filter so that our e-mails end up in your inbox and not in the “spam folder”.

    To do this, proceed as follows:

    1. Open your Web.de account
    2. Click on “Settings” in the menu
    3. Click on “Filter rules” in the “Folder” section
    4. In the “Frequently used filter rules” section, click on “Move email from a sender”
    5. In the “If emails from sender” pull-down menu, select our email address
    6. Im Pull-Down-Menü „Dann in Ordner verschieben“ wähle „Freunde & Bekannte“ oder
    7. “Inbox”
    8. Click on “Set up filter rule” to complete the action

    Google/Gmail

    With Gmail, you can set the filter so that our emails do not end up in your spam folder.

    To do this, proceed as follows:
    1. Log in to your Gmail account
    2. Call up the spam folder in the side menu (you may first have to click on “More”
    3. to display the folder)
    4. Select one of our emails
    5. Click on “No spam” above the email

    Outlook

    If you retrieve your emails via Microsoft Office Outlook, you can add our email address to the “safe sender list” (whitelist) by following these steps:
    1. Click on the note in the auto-preview below the sender’s name: “Click here to download images. To protect your privacy…”
    2. Then select the option “Add sender to the safe sender list!”. Our e-mail address has now been added to your whitelist
